Booking with us is simple! Just follow these steps:

In the booking request form below, let us know when you'd like to book. Provide your preferred date and time, and use the comments section to mention any other days or times that might work for you. We'll get in touch personally to confirm the date and time with you! Important: submitting the form doesn’t mean your booking is confirmed yet!
Within 2 days, you’ll receive a response from us. We’ll finalize the date and time together, and you’ll receive a payment link to confirm your booking.

Haven't received a response from us yet? Check your spam folder, our email may have ended up there.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available before, after and during the booking, as well as some snacks. These can be paid for on the spot.
Want to bring extra people along? No problem! This can be settled on-site. There's no need to inform us in advance (unless you're exceeding 20, 40, or 60 people, in which case please get in touch).
Do people cancel? Up to 96 hours in advance you can cancel or change the number of people free of charge, after that we charge the cost per person. This does not include 1 or 2 people who cannot make it on the day itself. Please do not book for too many people!
The maximum group size of ClashRooms is 60 people, but we can also offer a suitable outing for larger groups. Please be sure to contact us!
