With two successful self-built Escaperooms on StratumsEind, Sil was immediately enthusiastic when Joost approached him with his plan for ClashRooms. Together, they conceived and built ClashRooms from scratch. 

"At ClashRooms, our visitors get such a unique experience. Everything is designed to instantly fill all rooms with maximum energy; it's also amazing to see how enthusiastic each booking is."

"We have put a lot of energy into creating something truly original. We can already see that it's a big hit, and we want to grow, and very much build a team that will make this a great success!"

It was Joost who approached Sil with the concept of ClashRooms. As a game enthusiast, he saw the opportunity to introduce a completely new group outing concept in the Netherlands.

"Playing traditional games against each other is totally in vogue! People already spend enough time behind screens. With ClashRooms, you're in the same room with a group, competing against each other. It brings so much energy and humor among everyone!"

"It's exactly how I envisioned it! Maybe even better, because during the building and testing process, we managed to add so many fun elements. It's great to see how much enjoyment everyone gets, both our visitors and us as GameMasters!"

Loes is de eerste medewerkster van ClashRooms! Met haar hotelschool-ervaring is ClashRooms voor haar een ideale bijbaan. 

"When I heard about ClashRooms, I immediately thought it was a fun concept, and I was looking for a job with flexible hours. This is ideal for me because I can indicate when I want to work without having to reserve specific days."

"Working at ClashRooms often doesn't feel like work. You guide a group of people who are all excited, and from the start, everyone is super enthusiastic. My favorite game is Domino Day. It's always hilarious."

Nora joined our team from a test day. With her student association, she visited ClashRooms, which eventually led to her part-time job as a GameMaster.

"When I played it myself, I found it incredibly fun. The energy and atmosphere were great from the start. When asked at the end who wanted to work here, I immediately raised my hand."

"The nice atmosphere at ClashRooms is wonderful. The bigger and more enthusiastic the group, the more fun it is for us. But it's pretty much always a party!"

Luna also joined us as a GameMaster from a test day. In addition, she manages all of ClashRooms' social media. 

"It's really an ideal job for students. For each booking, we indicate who can and who cannot work, and based on that, the bookings are divided. Additionally, I really enjoy managing the Socials, which fits nicely with my studies."

Zijn jaren achter (en voor) de bar neemt Stijn mee bij het werken bij ClashRooms. Lekker in contact met mensen, voor gezelligheid zorgen en zorgen dat alles goed loopt! 

"The vibe at ClashRooms is just amazing. When I came in for an interview, we immediately started playing some games, and before I knew it, I was enthusiastically presenting them. And I still do it now! With incredible joy!"

As a film acting student, Joylin loves standing in front of groups of people! She brings her experience as a hostess and quizmaster to ClashRooms.

"I enjoy this job so much! People always arrive in a good mood, and even if they weren't, the games quickly ensure lots of laughter! As a GameMaster, it's my job to keep things on track, and I truly enjoy seeing everyone having so much fun!"

If you come to ClashRooms on a Saturday, there's a good chance that Arjan will be the GameMaster on duty! He handles multiple bookings a day, always with the same energy!

"I love the social atmosphere of playing games, and at ClashRooms, it always happens in a fun yet competitive environment. Slowbiking is my favorite game. I enjoy sports, and while no one will get tired from this, I like that you can really achieve something here!"

Vrolijke vlinder Jasmijn regelt van alles en nog wat bij ClashRooms. Zo fladdert ze van het voorraadbeheer naar de online advertising naast natuurlijk het voor de groepen staan.

“Het is leuk om bij een start-up verschillende dingen mee te mogen doen. Het leukste blijft natuurlijk wel het voor de groepen zelf staan. Zeker bij de grotere groepen als je met meerdere GameMasters tegelijk bent. We maken dan echt met z’n allen heel veel plezier. En die vrolijkheid is ook echt wat ClashRooms uitstraalt.”

Eindhovenaar Mano geniet van de felle strijd die hij soms ziet ontstaan tussen teams bij ClashRooms. Met veel plezier leidt hij dat in goede banen. Zijn Thai-bokstechnieken heeft hij daarbij gelukkig nog nooit nodig gehad.

“Het is prachtig om te zien hoe teams super fanatiek worden maar toch met veel plezier tegen elkaar strijden. Ik wil zelf ook altijd overal mee winnen maar bij ClashRooms is wel duidelijk dat de lol die je met elkaar hebt echt voorop staat!”
